Our Best Practices Framework – RAD3 addresses all these critical success factors and has been refined over time, based on our experiences with various clients.
RAD3 is our Rapid Application Design, Development and Deployment mechanism, which covers not only the full SDLC process but also the Project Planning, Project Management and Relationship Management processes.
RAD3 has five phases and two on-going, continual events:
- Project Initiation Phase
- Project Planning Phase
- Project Design Phase
- Project Delivery Phase
- Post-Project Maintenance Phase
- Project Management (on-going)
- Relationship Management (on-going)
Each one of the above phases and events has clear project-specific and customer-centric goals. These goals are achieved by clearly defining the tasks under each stage/event, assigning specific tasks and responsibilities to members of the team, providing them with the inputs, tools and resources needed, and ensuring delivery of clearly defined outputs.
